Shipping & Returns

All goods will be despatched within 2 working days after your order and payment has been accepted.

We will endeavour to use the shipping method that you have selected when placing your order but reserve the right to use an alternative method - no refund will be issued nor will we charge any extra for using a different service.

Should our courier be unable to make the delivery, they will leave a calling card with details on how to re-schedule another delivery. It is vital that you contact them to arrange another delivery time. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful the item will be returned to us and an additional re-delivery charge will be payable.

Items can be returned within 7 days for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in their original packaging. Please include your invoice and a note stating wether you require a refund or an exchange for another item. 
Please note - postage costs will not be refunded.

If an item is faulty and within the warranty period offered then please return it to us with your invoice/printed receipt. If found to be a manufacturers fault we will repair, replace or refund. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
